Shipping policy

If you are sending jewelry to me, always reach out to me beforehand. I will give you instructions on how to make your return. Sometimes I am out of town and will need you to wait to send your jewelry back to me. Please do not send me jewelry without first letting me know and without any of your information inside the box.

If you send jewelry to me and it is lost or stolen in transit or from my mailbox, I am not responsible for the replacement or compensation of your jewelry. Please insure your packages and use new boxes with plenty of tape. Do not use the word "jewelry" on any of the packaging. 

If you have purchased jewelry from me that is lost or stolen in transit to you, I will follow through on filing a claim and replacing the jewelry the best I can.
