Policies

The most important information to all my customers: If you are sending jewelry to me, always reach out to me beforehand. I will give you instructions on how to make your return. Sometimes I am out of town and will need you to wait to send your jewelry back to me. Please do not send me jewelry without first letting me know or without any of your information inside the box. If you send jewelry to me and it is lost or stolen in transit or from my mailbox, I am not responsible for the replacement or compensation of your jewelry. Please insure your packages and use new boxes with plenty of tape. Do not use the word "jewelry" on any of the packaging.

Returns and Exchanges:

I accept returns on jewelry as long as it is within two weeks of the date you receive the jewelry and it is in its original condition. If you received your jewelry and are not happy with it, please reach out to me as soon as possible. You can return the piece to my studio and once I receive it, I will refund you through the payment method you used. I do not accept returns on custom pieces.

You can exchange a piece as long as it is within two weeks of the date you receive the jewelry and it is in its original condition. If there is a balance I will send you an invoice or refund the balance depending on the dollar amount difference.

Damaged or Lost Jewelry:

Once you have received your jewelry, if there is anything that occurs to the piece that is a result of any manufacturing errors, I will send you a return label to return the piece back to me for repair. Repairs of this kind will be complimentary. This is for as long as you own the jewelry.

If the piece has been damaged in any way that is not a result of manufacturing, please email me detailed photos of the jewelry. You are responsible for postage to send the piece back to me and any labor or material costs to repair the piece.  This will all be discussed with you before the work begins.

If a stone is lost or broken please reach out to me with detailed photos. In some cases this may be a straight forward replacement. If not I will discuss options with you to move forward.

If you have lost an earring or stud. I can replace it at half of the retail price. Please provide a photo of your earring or stud you have on hand so that I can make sure to mirror it.

Design considerations:

Please keep in mind that I use natural stones and all pieces are made by hand from start to finish. Some stones have natural inclusions that I try my best to capture in each image. Made to order pieces will have slight variations from the pictures on my website, but nothing drastically different. Chains will change from time to time if they have been discontinued or for any manufacturing errors that cause me to change the chain I use.

Any modifications to designs I have already made will be considered. Made to order items are more customizable than in stock pieces. If you wish to modify a piece that is already made up, this will almost always result in a total remake and a charge to do so as well.

Metals and Sizing:

All metals used in each piece is listed in the item description. I do not use any metal that contains nickel. If you have an allergic reaction to any of the jewelry you purchase from me, you may return the piece as long as it is within the two week window of when you received the jewelry, and in its original condition.

If you need a specific size or length please let me know when you purchase the item. If you need a different size or length after you receive the jewelry you will be responsible for postage to return the piece to me. Sizings are complimentary.

I do not size or repair other jewelers work. I only work on the jewelry I have made myself.

Timelines:

All made to order pieces take at least one business week for me to complete. If you need your jewelry for a specific occasion, please let me know so I can do my best to fulfill your order within that amount of time. If I cannot make your timeline, I will let you know and can issue a refund. Please keep in mind that once I have shipped the item to you, I am no longer responsible for the amount of time it takes to arrive to you. If there is an issue with the carrier, I will do my best to resolve the issue.
